We store your email address, subscription status, the counties you choose for alerts, and the push-notification address of the devices you turn alerts on for. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not receive your card details. Sign-in emails are sent through an email service provider. We do not sell your information.
You can turn off alerts any time in the app, and cancel your subscription from Account → Manage subscription. To delete your data, contact us at the address on our Facebook page.
If you use "alerts near me," we store the location (coordinates and the matched street address) of the address you enter so we can compare it with incident locations, plus the radius you choose. Your address is looked up through the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder and, if needed, OpenStreetMap Nominatim. You can remove it at any time in the alerts screen. We also store your alert choices (counties, towns, boxes, quiet hours).
